Are you a woman with ADHD and clutter?
Then you already know what it’s like to feel quietly ashamed…
Completely overwhelmed…
And like no one in your life really gets what’s going on behind the scenes.
You’re not lazy. You’re not broken.
And you are so far from alone.
That’s exactly why I created something I wish had existed when I needed it most:
Introducing the ADHD & Clutter: Women’s Support Circle
A free Facebook group for women like us who are navigating life, homes, and routines with ADHD brains in a world that was never designed for us.
A place to feel seen, supported, and finally start building a home that actually feels like yours.
What makes this group different?
Inside the group, I show up with both my ADHD Organizing Specialist hat and my 20+ years as a Registered Nurse working with neurodivergent families, because your brain, your body, and your space are deeply connected.
This is not a space for toxic positivity or “just try harder” advice.
Here’s what you’ll find (and what I know you’ve probably been craving):
8 Reasons to Join the Circle:
1. A truly safe space.
No judgment. No performance. Just real conversations with women who actually get it.
2. ADHD-informed support.
You’ll get organizing help that actually accounts for executive dysfunction, decision fatigue, and low-spoon days.
3. Gentle decluttering.
No “just get rid of it” pressure here. We move in small, sustainable shifts that feel doable and not overwhelming.
4. Realistic routine resets.
Learn how to create rhythms that feel grounded, flexible, and ADHD-friendly and not like another failed to do list.
5. Reclaim your space.
You’re not “bad at this.” You’ve just never had a system designed for your brain. Until now.
6. Friendships, not fixes.
You don’t need fixing. But you deserve support. And it’s here.
7. Quiet the inner critic.
We’re rewriting the shame scripts and building self-trust.
8. Come exactly as you are.
No pressure. No perfectly labeled bins. Just you, messy house and all.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
