30-DAY DECLUTTERING GROUP PROGRAM FOR WOMEN WITH ADHD

There’s a better, ADHD-friendly way to declutter your home.

Sick of spending your entire weekend rage-cleaning and catching up on chores? It’s time to get your weekends back with my 5-step decluttering framework (and yes, it’s ADHD-approved).

Girl, I got you. In fact, I AM you (just further along on the journey ❤️).

The 30-Day Clutter Reset ~ Group Coaching for Women with ADHD gives you the skills and accountability you need to get your home, and your clutter, back under control.  And, dare I say, we’ll even have fun doing it!

YOU WANT TO “GET ORGANIZED” BUT

Right now your home is a hot mess and is going something like this:

  • You’re on top of things at the office, but mornings at home still feel chaotic because you can’t find your keys… and where is your wallet again?
  • Receipts, mail, and that messy pile of “important things” tend to land on the counter with good intentions… and just stay there. Oops!
  • You’re already carrying a full load with work and family, and don’t want to spend all weekend rage-cleaning (especially when the house just falls into disarray by Wednesday).
  • You’d love to feel comfortable hopping on a Zoom call or filming content at home without blurring your background or rearranging your entire space first.

YOU DESERVE TO

Feel as calm, capable, and in control of your home as you are at work.

Plus have a tidy, cozy home so you can unwind on weekends while curled up on the couch with a book (or for family movie night).

And say good-bye to DoorDash delivery fees because you’ll finally have space on the kitchen counter to prepare a delicious meal with your family

You’re just 30 days from a cohesive, ADHD-friendly home instead of:

Searching for your keys every morning, you’ll create a launch pad that makes it obvious where your essentials live — so leaving the house feels calmer and faster.

Piles on the counters and a sink full of dishes, you’ll declutter your kitchen counters and set up a simple daily routine that makes keeping up easier than catching up.

Tripping over shoes and bags, you’ll turn your entryway into a functional, welcoming space that supports how you actually come and go.

Avoiding your camera on Zoom, you’ll have clear, calm sightlines that make your home feel presentable without staging or scrambling.

Worrying about lost papers or late bills, you’ll set up a mail flow system that tells you exactly what to do with paperwork the moment it comes in.

Trying to figure it out on your own, you’ll have coaching, accountability, and realistic timelines — so the changes don’t disappear by Wednesday.

Trying harder isn’t the answer.

If it was, it would have worked by now.

It’s time to stop the “ignore it… ignore it… RAGE-CLEAN” cycle.

You need support, structure, and The 30-Day Clutter Reset ~ Group Coaching for Women with ADHD.

Why The 30-Day Clutter Reset ~ Group Coaching for Women with ADHD Is Different

1

You get my eyes on your space.

Through Slack support and live Q&A sessions, I’m not guessing what might work for you. I’m helping you make decisions based on your actual home, your habits, and your ADHD brain.

2

You can ask real questions and get real answers.

In Slack and on our live Q&A calls, you can show me your entryway, your kitchen, or your stack of mail, and we’ll figure out a plan together.

3

You’re supported between sessions

Not left on your own.

You’ll receive direct feedback, encouragement, and my expert advice inside Slack, so you don’t stall out or abandon the process the moment life gets lifey.

4

I understand both personally and professionally.

I’m a Registered Nurse and an ADHD Organizing Specialist, and I’m someone who once had a lot of clutter of her own. I know the shame, the overwhelm, and the frustration, and I also know what works.

In addition to decluttering, you’re building confidence and trust. Trust that you can make decisions, follow through, and keep your home feeling calm and functional without starting over every few months.

This is support, structure, and skill-building. You’ve already tried solo attempts. Let’s do try something different this time.

Hi, I’m Lorinda Dishington Ortiz

ADHD Organizer and Decluttering Coach, Lorinda Dishington Ortiz, standing at desk in an organized, tidy office.

I’m a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent families, and also an ADHD Organizing Specialist.

But most importantly, I am a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD. I understand the shame and frustration of being highly educated and successful yet not being able to figure out how to keep my home organized.

I needed help from a professional organizer. And now I am dedicated to helping other women.

As neurodivergent women, we thrive when we have accountability and community that gets it.

I cannot wait to share that with you, and teach you how to work with your beautiful, whimsical brain.

What decluttering with Lorinda is like:

S. O.

“Thank you very much 😊 It’s very nice to feel understood and the support that you are generously giving to ‘us.’ it REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE 🥰”

J. H.

“It’s changing my life. Making small manageable progress is better than being overwhelmed by the bigness of it all.”

N. W.

“She is great. I feel so overwhelmed when the dishes pile up or the clean laundry is blocking my dresser mirror — it’s so high. She has taught me that a little bit done is actually ok. I don’t have to finish folding my clothes all at once. I have now been able to fold a few pieces and feel good about it instead of guilty for not doing more.”

J. D.

“This is the most helpful thing I’ve heard in a long while! And you’re a nurse like me, all the better 😊❤️!!”
